Did you attain a new level today? Complete a quest-chain? Receive 100 pickaxes from an event? Post it here and tell us about it!

I'm just gonna go till the game no longer loads. I'm getting there tho, have to reset my ram every time.
Mine takes too long to load, but it's not threatening to stop yet.
I'm still playing. I'm glad they've started having the occassional LE that does not require an expensive house to build.
Mine still loads okay as long as I clear cache first. Trying to visit neighbors shuts me down though, so I don't do that much anymore.
Shipwrecked on the other hand....aarrggghhh......
Brightwood plays almost flawlessly, except for visiting neighbors and checking my inventory. (No need to clear anything before playing.)
How can the apparent same "game engine" behave so differently among the 3 games - I'm serious. If any of you are programmers and can answer that I'd be interested in hearing why.

I could answer that, but you'd be even more dumfounded than now. :)
Lol dumfound us, then! But seriously, I've programmed device simulation in C++, so it might make sense to me. I've never programmed real games and know almost nothing about how they work. Just programming class games, which are different in a fundamental way.
It's really just the same kind of internal, financial, and (lack of) communication issues that plague any company. Plus, many game companies hire very inexperienced programmers (and leads) and beat them up with overtime.
I'm still playing but am flabbergasted at how you can have sooo much silver and pickaxes. I only have 40,000 in silver and no pick axes. Refuse to pay real money so not sure if will stay. Only at level 48. At the merry scarry quest. Just got a quest for a Sergio looking for his wife Apple what is that about? It looks like a way to use my inventory on meaningless stuff.
Well, it uses your inventory but eventually pays gold. It's new.
Playing without real money is hard and less fun. If you decide it's worth it, I recommend that you avoid Limited Edition Series. Read the Tapjoy info before doing any offers besides app downloads. A few offers can cause you problems. You may also want to read Playing for Free under Strategy.
